With busy lifestyles, chaotic schedules & ever present worldly concerns, self-care is paramount. Here in my home massage studio, my time & effort is dedicated to encouraging people as they re-discover wellness, re-connect with their bodies & relax to enable healing on multiple levels. Whether the preference is Swedish, deep tissue, sports,myofascial release, trigger-point, energy healing, cupping or heat compresses etc. included upon request at no additional cost, each massage is integrated & created uniquely for You.
